Fry cumin seeds with red chillies and curry leaves. Add some onions and fry them till they are translucent. Add prawns that have been marinated with papaya, chilli and salt. Fry all.

Add a puree made of boiled cauliflower and carrots cooked with coconut and garlic and fried curry masala.

Add kasturi methi and coriander. Serve the curry with rice.
