So my friend Sangeeta visited Udwada recently and on her way from Mumbai she went to a ‘Parsi na Dhaba -Chills and Grills’ and ate something called Doodh na Puff. Now this is supposed to be a traditional Parsi delicacy which I was not aware of… but it looked yummy so I googled the recipe and made it myself. It’s basically sweetened milk froth.
